A website built properly once, then kept current by the people who know what to say.
We build websites for not-for-profits, charities and member organizations. Accessible, fast, and handed over so your own staff can maintain them — not so you have to come back to us.
- A bespoke design, not a template
- WCAG 2.2 AA, checked automatically
- Search and AI-visibility built in
- Content migrated with you, not scraped
- Training that takes an afternoon
How a build actually runs.
- 01
A conversation
Thirty minutes on what you have, what you need, and roughly what it should cost. No obligation.
- 02
A fixed quote
Scope and price agreed before any work starts. Small organizations are not quoted like large ones — a four-page charity site and a fifty-page association site are different jobs.
- 03
Content and brand
We work from your material — your logo, your voice, your programs. We do not scrape your old site and call it a migration.
- 04
The build
Designed and built as a system, not a one-off page. Reviewed by a person before you ever see it.
- 05
Accessibility check
An automated WCAG 2.2 AA gate runs on every build. You get the evidence.
- 06
Handover and training
Short. If you can describe a change, you can make one.
- 07
You run it
$50 a month. Unlimited editors, unlimited pages, and support when you want a second opinion.
An agency charges you to make changes. We charge you not to need us.
A traditional agency charges a project fee for a nonprofit site and then a monthly retainer to make changes slowly. Their business model depends on you not being able to update your own website.
Our build fee is comparable. What happens afterward is not.
- Changes take a sentence, not a change request
- WCAG 2.2 AA with evidence, on every build
- You own the content and the source code
- No retainer for edits — $50 a month, unlimited editors
Static-first pages on Microsoft Azure in Canadian regions. No live content management system sits on the public site, so there is nothing there to attack or patch. Pages are fast by default and structured so search engines and AI assistants can actually read them.
Our accessibility commitmentQuestions about builds
How long does it take?
Most sites are four to eight weeks from agreed scope to live, depending on how ready your content is.
What decides the price?
Number of pages, how much content needs writing, and whether you need integrations. Tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly whether we can do something useful inside it.
Do we have to use your CRM?
No. The forms can write into Donors or Members if you want them to, but the website stands on its own.
Can you meet a funder or grant accessibility requirement?
Yes, and we can produce the evidence rather than just asserting it. See our accessibility page.
What if we already have a website?
Then we are working out whether a rebuild is worth it. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do — the content and the source code.
Start with a thirty-minute conversation.
We will tell you honestly whether a rebuild is worth it — sometimes it is not.
