Technology & AI Health Check
Where you stand, what is risky, and what to fix first — written for a board, not for an IT team.
Learn moreSoftware and advice for organizations that can’t afford either.
We give not-for-profits senior technology advice — the kind usually only affordable to organizations ten times their size. And we build six Canadian products at $50 a month for a small organization, $150 for a large one, with unlimited users and every feature.
The advice is available today. The products are close behind.
Most organizations meet us here. Someone on the board wants to know whether the systems are safe. A director needs to know if the vendor renewing next month is still worth the money. Somebody has been sold a platform and nobody is sure it was the right one.

A website is the thing a board already agreed you need. So that is where we start. We build it once — properly, accessibly, and to your brand — and then your staff keep it current by describing the change they want.
Once it is live, the donation form on that site can write straight into Donors, and the join-and-renew form into Members. The CRM stops being a second purchase to justify and becomes an extension of something you already trust.
The dominant products in nonprofit CRM and membership management are built in the United States. They treat CRA receipting, GST/HST on dues, the advantage rule, bilingual requirements and Canadian data residency as edge cases to work around.

Advisory work starts with a 30-minute conversation. No obligation, and no obligation to buy software afterwards either.
