The real competitor

It is not Salesforce. It is a spreadsheet, a mailbox and someone’s memory.

That combination works right up until the person who remembers everything is on holiday, or leaves. Donors wins by remembering the things a person would otherwise forget, telling you what has gone quiet, and keeping the history of what was said.

Against the incumbents, the argument is simpler: Bloomerang starts at $125 a month and Keela at $134, and both charge again for the second and third person who needs a login.

Questions about Donors

Are the receipts CRA-compliant?

Yes. Receipting is core to the product rather than an add-on module, and annual consolidated receipts are included.

We already use a donation tool. Why switch?

A donation tool takes payments. It does not remember who gave last year, tell you who has gone quiet, or keep the history of what was said. Donors is the system of record; the donation form is one part of it.

Moving off a spreadsheet sounds painful.

The import is AI-assisted and reversible. It reads your spreadsheet, proposes a mapping and a cleanup plan, and you approve it before anything is written. Nothing is deleted from where it came from.

What does it cost?

$50 a month for up to 2,000 donors, $150 above that. Unlimited users, every feature, no setup fee.

What if we outgrow it or want to leave?

Full export of everything you have put in, at any time. No lock-in and no exit fee.

Is our data in Canada?

Yes. Data is hosted in Canadian regions.

Want to be first in line?

We will tell you when it is ready. No sales sequence in the meantime.
