The five rules

Why the price list is this short

  1. 01

    We never charge per user

Per-seat pricing punishes exactly the organizations we built this for. A charity that wants three volunteers in the system, or a club with a nine-person board, should not be charged for putting the right people in front of the data.

  2. 02

We never gate features by tier

Every customer gets every feature at both prices. The higher tier buys capacity, not capability.

  3. 03

    Two numbers, across everything

So a prospect can carry the whole price list in their head, and a board can approve it without a comparison spreadsheet.

  4. 04

The threshold is a size signal, not a wall

Nothing degrades at 2,000 records. No feature switches off. The upgrade is a click, not a sales call.

  5. 05

We price for the organization that has no money

If a pricing decision would make this unaffordable for a small charity in order to extract more from someone larger, it is the wrong decision.

Pricing questions

What counts as a record?

One donor, member, contact or customer. Households and organizations grouped together count once.

What happens if we pass 2,000?

You move to $150 a month. Same product, same data, no migration and no re-implementation.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Not on any product. The one exception is a website build, which is quoted separately and openly.

Can we cancel?

Yes, month to month. You can export everything you have put in at any time.

Is GST/HST included?

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST/HST is shown at checkout.

Is there a free tier?

Not on the business products — a free tier consumes the support capacity our paying customers depend on. PassCard is the exception; it is genuinely self-serve.
