2Labs products are sold on a month-to-month subscription in Canadian dollars at $50 for a small organization and $150 for a large one, with unlimited users and every feature included. Customers own the data they put in and can export it at any time. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no exit fee.

The short version. Month-to-month, in Canadian dollars. You own your data and can export it whenever you like. Cancel any time, with no exit fee. We will give you notice before changing your price.

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of software and services provided by 2Labs Advisory. Where we have signed a separate written agreement with you — for example for a website build or an advisory engagement — that agreement takes precedence where the two conflict.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity of the people you give access to. Accounts are provisioned by us; there is no public self-service signup on the business products.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are $50 per month for a small organization and $150 per month for a large one, per product, with unlimited users and every feature included at both prices.
  • GST/HST is applied where required and shown at checkout.
  • PassCard is billed annually.
  • We will give at least sixty days’ notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.

4. Website builds

Website builds are quoted separately as a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work begins. On final payment, you own the content and the source code of the site we build for you. Hosting and ongoing management are provided under the Sites subscription.

5. Your data

  • You own the data you put into our products. We do not claim any ownership of it.
  • You can export your data at any time, in a documented format.
  • We process your data to provide the service, and for no other purpose. We do not sell it and do not use it to train third-party AI models.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to attempt to access other customers’ data, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

7. Support

Support is included in every subscription. There are no support tiers and no paid priority queue. We aim to respond within one business day.

8. Availability

We work to keep the services available and will give notice of planned maintenance where practical. Except where a written service level agreement applies, the services are provided without an availability guarantee.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no exit fee. We will keep your data available for export for at least thirty days after cancellation, and delete it afterwards on request.

We may terminate an account for non-payment or for a breach of section 6, with notice and a reasonable chance to put it right.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
